Preheat oven 350

In a casserole dish or roaster:

Rub the bottom of the pan with butter. Sprinkle with chopped garlic. 1 clove per chicken breast.

Add 4-6 Chicken breasts.

Add 1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli.

Sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper.

Pour two packages of instant rice, ie uncle bens wild rice, across the entire pan.

Spoon 2 cans cream of mushroom soup over contents. (cream of mushroom garlic if you can find it, cream of onion works too)

Fill the empty cans: one with milk and one with white wine…I prefer a reisling, pour over top.

Sprinkle the seasoning packets from the rice boxes on top.

Bake at 350 for 45min. Yummy!
