6-8 thin chops

marinated in the following for 1 hour:

1 cup cooking sherry or dry sherry

2 tbs red wine

4 chopped garlic cloves

salt and pepper

Place pork in single layers in casserole dish (I prefer clear glass)

Spread apple butter over each chop

Sprinkle cold chopped butter over top, salt pepper, garlic salt to taste.

Cook 30-36 min on 325

Serves 3-4

Great with garlic mashers and green beans.
